Jeffrey C. Fuhrer is an Executive Vice President and the Senior Policy Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He has been an associate economist of the Federal Open Market Committee and regularly attends important meetings where Fed officials such as Jerome Powell formulate monetary policy. Mr. Fuhrer has been active in economic research for over three decades.
