Creating Static Websites in Azure

How to use VSCode and Azure Storage plugin to create and upload static websites to Azure.
Alternatively you can use Azure Storage Explorer to upload files from your computer to your Azure Storage Container. 

Suggested Storage Container naming convention:
STUDENT: cs100sp24<name>.  sp=spring, fa=fall
FACULTY: cs100Faculty<name>
